Urgent Pro is a booking agency, not a service company. We do not employ cleaners, removalists, or tradespeople. We match your booking request with a verified, independent local professional who performs the work directly. Your service contract is with your assigned provider, not with Urgent Pro. We handle the booking, payment collection, and any complaints or warranty coordination on your behalf.

An independent local professional performs your service. Once your booking is confirmed, you receive the trading name and ABN of the verified provider assigned to your job — before they arrive. They run their own business, carry their own insurance, and are verified against the platform's mandatory checks before being activated. Urgent Pro acts as their booking agent only.

We confirm each provider's ABN and GST registration with the Australian Business Register, sight their public liability insurance Certificate of Currency (minimum $10 million per occurrence), verify government-issued photo identity, and confirm their right to work in Australia. Licence and qualification checks are completed where the service type requires them. This process runs before any provider takes their first booking, and insurance is tracked for renewal.

Payment is collected by Urgent Pro as authorised agent on behalf of your provider. Paying Urgent Pro is the same as paying your provider directly. Your tax invoice shows your provider's name and ABN. We retain the agreed agency commission and remit the provider's share to their nominated account. You are not paying a middleman — you are paying the provider through an authorised collection arrangement.

Yes. Every booking includes a workmanship warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights. Warranty periods vary by service type. If the service does not meet the agreed standard, contact Urgent Pro — not the provider — within the warranty period and we will coordinate a remedy. The warranty period that applies depends on your service type.

Yes — that's exactly what the platform is built for. You can request several services in one enquiry and we coordinate the right local professional for each task, so you brief once instead of chasing multiple businesses. Move-outs in particular often combine cleaning, removals and rubbish removal, and bundling them through one platform keeps the whole job in one place.

If genuine extra work is required on the day, the provider contacts Urgent Pro and we contact you before any additional charges apply. No extra work is carried out without your written agreement, as set out in our pricing and variations policy. If the additional scope is agreed, the provider continues; if it is not, the provider completes the original scope only.
